I provide service to private individuals only. I refer business customers to others.

I’m a mature and experienced PC technician who can repair most desktop PC hardware and Windows Operating System issues including PASSWORD RESETS. I can also assist you with hard drive data recovery issues.

In-Shop Service: I’ll diagnose your PC problem and give you an up-front estimate. My in-home shop is located in Coppell, TX in Northwest Dallas County. I am not currently doing on-site visits. I have an associate I can refer you to for those needs.

Remote Support Service: I may be able to diagnose or even fix your PC remotely if you have a working broadband connection. My in-shop rate applies for these services. Call me for details. Click here for the remote support software that I use.

Recommended Online Backup Service

*Rates: My in-shop labor rate is only $35 per hour including Remote Service and Telephone Support. Hourly rates are billed in 1/2 hour increments. There is a one hour minimum. Parts are at my cost plus 20%.

Note: Computers and computer related items left for service and unclaimed for more than 30 days after completion of service become my property.
