If it is not cost effective or expedient to fix the problem at your location, I will bring your PC back to my in-home shop for repairs. I’m located in Coppell, TX in Northwest Dallas County. I limit service calls to the general DFW Metroplex area. You may want to take advantage of my Drop-Off Service and save the cost associated with my traveling to your location. I do not service laptop hardware issues, I refer those jobs to others.

Remote Access Service and Telephone Support: For new and existing customers, I offer remote access service and telephone support. I may be able to diagnose or even fix your PC remotely if you have a working broadband connection. My in-shop rate applies for these services. Call for details. Windows Password Unlock and Reset Service: Don't be embarrassed, we all forget things! I can unlock and reset your Administrator and User Account passwords on your Windows PC usually for my one hour minimum charge.

Data Transfer: For those customers who have just acquired a new PC, I offer data transfer services. I can transfer all document files, i.e. Digital photos, Word documents, Excel spreadsheets, MP3's and other music files, etc. to the new PC. In addition, I can transfer your email messages and email addresses/contacts from Outlook/Outlook Express along with the settings for all your email accounts. Your Web browser favorites (bookmarks) and cookies can also be transferred. Normal in-shop and house call rates apply.
